They tried to hide what they knew was wrong.

Meant that they had to hide from You.
Now they see the effect of sin,
It takes us, Lord, from You.
I can try to hide my sin,
Or I can hide myself in You.

But you make all things new.
I confess, Lord please cleanse my sin.
I hide myself to You.
At times when I fall back into sin.
My pride wants me to hide what I've done.
But when I do, I'm far from You.
And my strength just fades away,
Blessed is he who confesses to You,
